We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue through active lead conversion and client acquisition across our food, education, and marketing businesses. This is a performance-based role suited for confident sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and earning through commissions rather than fixed salaries. The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads, building client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
- Promote Janakiram Ventures’ products and services across food, education, and marketing sectors
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Close deals and ensure successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned revenue and performance targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–5 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Background in food, education, marketing, franchise, or channel sales is an advantage
- Any Bachelor’s degree is acceptable
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working on commissions
Compensation & Work Model
