This is a full-time, performance-based Business Development Executive role, based in Bengaluru or Remote. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing partnerships, and closing revenue-driven projects across multiple sectors. The role is ideal for professionals with strong industry connections and confidence in sales, who are motivated by commission-based earnings rather than a fixed salary. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to align business opportunities with company objectives and ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across food, education, and marketing domains
- Generate and convert leads into revenue-producing projects
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators
- Promote Janakiram Ventures’ services and solutions to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of partners
- Achieve agreed-upon growth and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field (1–5 years preferred)
- Background or exposure to food, education, marketing, franchise, or channel sales is an advantage
- Strong understanding of lead generation, account management, and deal closure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market opportunities and leverage existing networks
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with high accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
Compensation & Work Model
- Higher revenue generation leads to higher commission earnings
- Hybrid work model based on role requirements
- Business-based percentage payout only
